Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Billing: Process customer sales, generate invoices/credit notes, and ensure GST / E Invoice / E-waybill compliance.
Team Support: Resolve billing queries, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain a positive billing environment.
Inventory Coordination: Liaise with inventory teams to manage stock movement affecting sales/sales returns.
Record Keeping: Update billing records, maintain customer accounts, and prepare end-of-day financial reports for accounts/management.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports in various aspects.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and financial regulations, including GST / e-Invoice / E-waybill.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in billing, retail, or finance roles. Preferred in the Pharma or Dental Segment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
