Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff performance
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
Train and mentor store staff and conduct performance evaluations
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary
Maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
