Responsibilities
Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee daily stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure timely replenishment by placing orders with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods and manage logistics.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and schedule store staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training.
Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Administration: Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics like sales and inventory, and handle administrative duties such as cash handling and financial record updates.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and security regulations, especially concerning food and beverage items.
