We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Assistant to help with day-to-day store operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
Opening and closing the shop daily
Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store
Handling billing, packing, and basic cashier duties
Managing stock arrangement, inventory checks, and restocking shelves
Supporting daily shop operations and team members
Ensuring products are displayed properly and attractively
Handling customer requests professionally and politely
Assisting with order preparation, packing, and dispatch when required
Maintaining store safety and security during working hours
Requirements
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of billing and shop operations
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Prior retail/shop experience is preferred but not mandatory
