Fricaps Security Private Limited in Shaheen Bagh is hiring a customer-focused Store Assistant to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, Dispatch material and Receive material. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information on pricing, and quantity of inventory

• It is not a sales Job

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• update inventory and stock and ensure safety of inventory

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience in retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures
