Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning, and deliver excellent customer service at our retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
Manage billing, cash handling, and operations
Maintain stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
Monitor expiry dates and product quality
Support store manager in achieving sales targets
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate and manage home delivery orders, including order preparation, packaging, and timely dispatch
Ensure accurate billing and smooth handover of orders for delivery
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate
1–3 years experience in retail/store operations preferred (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of billing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in retail environment
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
