Stock Manager

• Procurement: 

  Placing orders for new supplies, reviewing vendor offers, and negotiating favorable deals. 

• Logistics & Receiving: 

  Overseeing the receipt of shipments, verifying contents against orders, and inspecting for damage. 

• Data & Systems: 

  Entering and maintaining records of invoices, shipments, and purchase details in inventory management systems and databases. 

• Forecasting & Planning: 

  Analyzing supply and demand to forecast future needs, prevent shortages, and avoid excessive overstocking. 

• Coordination: 

  Liaising with different departments (e.g., warehouse, sales, finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. 

• Reporting: 

  Generating reports related to inventory levels, purchases, and pricing. 

• Compliance: 

  Following budget guidelines and ensuring purchases stay within approved limits. 

• Inventory Management: 

  Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory data.
