Stock Manager

• Monitor & manage stock levels of raw materials, accessories & prepare report daily 

• Maintain minimum stock levels & records levels to avoid production delays

• Conduct daily Stock check & prepare data 

• Work Closely with the production purchase & sales teams to ensure materials availability & on-time dispatch 

• Coordinate with vendor & suppliers for delivery timelines & discrepancies

• Supervise stock storage layout for easy access, identification, & space optimization

• Ensure proper labelling, packaging & safe handling of goods 

• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly stock report for management review 

• Report stock discrepancies, damages, slow moving or non-moving items
