Stock Manager – Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the complete stock/inventory of the warehouse (Godown).
Maintain accurate records of all materials/goods received and dispatched.
Keep proper records of all materials related to the petroleum company.
Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing goods and vehicles.
Ensure proper stock entries, inventory updates, and documentation for every movement of material.
Coordinate and manage loading and unloading activities whenever vehicles arrive or depart.
Maintain complete and up-to-date stock records and ensure there are no discrepancies.
Take full responsibility for warehouse stock management and material movement.
Working hours may vary depending on vehicle arrivals and dispatches; no fixed working hours.
Ensure smooth and timely handling of all warehouse and stock-related operations.
