Record all incoming (inward) and outgoing (outward) material transactions daily in Google Sheets.
Maintain accuracy in item codes, quantities, suppliers/customers, and supporting document references (e.g., invoice or challan numbers).
Ensure real-time updates and stock movement traceability.
Update daily slitting machine production details, including input/output material, operator, quantity produced, and scrap generation.
Maintain production records in an organized manner using Google Sheets.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
Monitor stock items that haven’t moved over a specific time period (e.g., 30 days).
Maintain a report highlighting slow-moving or aged inventory.
Share stock aging reports regularly (e.g., weekly or monthly) with the sales team for clearance planning.
Conduct physical stock verification at the end of each month.
Reconcile physical stock with system (Google Sheet) stock records.
Prepare and maintain a discrepancy report with remarks and corrective actions.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets – including formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.), data validation, filters, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
Good communication skills to coordinate with production, store, and sales teams.
Basic knowledge of inventory and production processes.
