Job Description – LPG Plant Stock Auditor

Conduct physical verification of LPG cylinders (size-wise and status-wise)
Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records
Identify stock shortages, excess, damages, and wrong bookings
Verify proper stacking, storage, and segregation of cylinders as per safety norms
Check plant layout, godown, and open yard stock conditions
Inspect weighing scales, filling equipment, LDU, hydro/deep test facilities
Review calibration validity and equipment working status
Verify documentation: stock registers, filling/dispatch, defective & scrap records
Assess safety compliance, fire-fighting equipment, PPE usage, and emergency readiness
Record audit observations and highlight operational and safety lapses
Prepare variance statements and recommend ERP adjustments
Provide audit conclusions, corrective actions, timelines, and responsibility assignment
