Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirement (mobile / accessories / electronics)Explain product features, specifications, benefits and comparisonDemonstrate mobiles, gadgets, smart TVs, laptops, home appliances (as per showroom)Suggest suitable products based on customer budget and usageAchieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targetsUpsell & cross-sell (mobile accessories, extended warranty, insurance, add-ons)Handle billing process and coordinate with cashierSupport customer for EMI / finance / exchange offersMaintain product stock display, cleanliness and proper arrangementUpdate price tags, offers, product posters and new arrivals displayHandle customer queries & complaints politely and ensure proper resolutionFollow up with customers for repeat sales and referralsMaintain sales records and daily reporting to supervisor/managerCoordinate with inventory team for stock availability and replenishmentEnsure customer satisfaction and good showroom experience
