Showroom Sales

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused professional to manage showroom front-desk activities, drive sales, and handle social media promotions. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, assist customers, support sales growth, and enhance our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

• Address customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.

• Accurately process sales transactions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment.

• Handle emails, and walk-in visitors.

• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve service standards.

• Manage administrative tasks such as visitor logs, scheduling, and documentation.

• Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, updates) to promote products and showroom activities.

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and boost online visibility through regular updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, front-desk, or social media management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus).

• Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business/Marketing is a plus).
