We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Showroom in charge to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and drive sales while managing overall showroom activities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products
• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Provide product information and assist in sales
• Achieve showroom sales targets and increase walk-ins
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
• Handle billing, invoices, and basic documentation
• Supervise showroom staff and ensure discipline
• Maintain cleanliness and overall showroom appearance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom/retail management
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management
• Leadership and team management ability
