Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive

Industry: Gift Packaging

Location: Sector 116, Noida

Qualification: 12th pass and above

Experience: Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Skills Required:

• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and basic English

• Good customer handling and selling skills

• Presentable and well-mannered

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist in choosing gift packaging, hampers, and return gifts.

• Showcase products including trousseau packing, wedding platters, and custom gifts.

• Understand customer needs and offer personalized suggestions.

• Ensure excellent service to build customer relationships.

• Stay updated on new arrivals and customization options.

• Maintain clean and attractive product displays.

• Process orders accurately and handle basic billing.

• Follow up on customer queries and feedback.
