Assist customers during scheduled or walk-in test rides.
Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits before the ride.
Ensure the customer understands safety procedures and riding rules.
2. Pre-Ride Vehicle Check
Inspect the vehicle for fuel/battery charge, tire pressure, brake condition, and
cleanliness.
Ensure all test ride vehicles are in perfect working condition.
3. Safety Compliance
Ensure all customers wear helmets and follow showroom’s safety instructions.
Accompany the customer during test rides if required (for tandem tests).
Report any incidents or unusual behavior immediately.
4. Product Knowledge & Demo
Answer questions about vehicle models, features, and differences.
Explain key selling points such as mileage, comfort, service intervals, and warranty.
Demonstrate electronic or smart features (especially for electric scooters/bikes).
5. Coordination with Sales Team
Coordinate with the sales executive for test ride slots and vehicle handover.
Collect customer feedback post-ride and share it with the sales team.
Report on vehicle usage and availability.
6. Vehicle Maintenance & Reporting
Track test vehicle usage, mileage, and service due dates.
Report vehicle faults or damages to the technical team immediately.
Keep logbooks of test rides and customer details as per showroom policy.
