Job Summary
The Store Manager oversees complete jewellery showroom operations including sales growth, team performance, customer satisfaction, security compliance, and stock accuracy. This role is responsible for achieving store targets and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage full showroom operations and staff performance.
 Achieve monthly sales targets and improve business growth.
 Handle VIP customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
 Supervise stock management, stock movement, tagging, billing accuracy.
 Monitor store ambience, jewellery display, safety, and security protocols.
 Ensure compliance with BIS, hallmark, billing, and GST rules.
 Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and daily briefings.
 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and present to management.
 Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and inventory departments.
 Ensure CCTV, safety, and gold security guidelines are strictly followed.
Skills Required
 Strong leadership & team management
 Deep knowledge of gold, silver & diamond jewellery
 Strong communication & negotiation skills
 Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure seasons
 Expertise in stock control & showroom operations
