Job Description:
The Executive Retail Sales (COCO) will be responsible retail sales & managing and overseeing the seamless functioning of all Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable EV models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options clearly.
Handle inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers for closure.
Prepare quotations, handle booking and delivery processes.
Maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and update CRM data.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and vehicles are displayed attractively.
Coordinate with service and finance teams for smooth customer experience.
Participate in promotional events, local marketing campaigns, and lead generation drives.
Additional Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in retail operations.
Experience in handling COCO model operations or large-scale retail chains preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of retail business operations, sales strategies, and financial management.
Hands-on experience with inventory management, supply chain, and store compliance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
