Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to drive sales of home appliances and electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate home appliances and electronic products
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation standards
Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth checkout experience
Manage customer queries, objections, and after-sales support
Keep updated knowledge of product specifications, offers, and competitor products
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability
Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales (home appliances/electronics preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first approach
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
Ability to work in shifts and weekends
Preferred Candidates:
Experience in selling products like TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs, Kitchen Appliances, etc.
Prior experience in retail brands or electronic showrooms
