Job Description

Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable clothing, sizes, colors, and styles.
Assist customers in the trial room and provide styling suggestions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and ongoing offers.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are followed.
Arrange, fold, replenish, and organize merchandise on shelves and racks.
Handle billing, returns, exchanges, and payments through the POS system.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the stockroom for replenishment.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Participate in stock counts, inventory checks, and store promotional activities.
