As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales primarily through walk-in customers in the experience center, online inquiries, nurture existing customers, establishing strong relationships with architects and interior designers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Respond promptly and effectively to online inquiries (IndiaMart, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Justdial, providing product information, pricing details, and assistance throughout the sales
Gather in-depth technical knowledge of products & services we offer so that our USP’s can be conveyed to customers to convert them
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients within the architectural and interior design
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction and design
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our door hardware and furniture fittings.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client, with a focus on driving sales and achieving revenue
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Plan periodic emails & maintain database of existing customers and update with new customers (walk-ins, online, or other sources)
Maintaining Price Lists, Product pricing for displayed products so immediate quotations can be communicated to customers
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in interior hardware online inquiries fittings or sanitary ware or furniture, or building materials, construction, or related
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic Tally Knowledge, E-mails
