Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom

  • Coordinate with sales executives to ensure timely customer follow-ups

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders

  • Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales registers

  • Ensure proper display of products and showroom cleanliness

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales coordination

  • Track daily sales, footfall, and prepare MIS reports

  • Coordinate with inventory/warehouse team for stock availability

  • Support promotional activities and showroom events

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
