We are looking for dynamic and driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team at Rahul Professional. As part of our telesales and telemarketing team, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and converting potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers.
Introduce and promote company products and services.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain customer databases and track leads effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide high-level customer service and address customer inquiries.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers and upsell products when appropriate.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the showroom industry or related sectors is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
