Roles and Responsbility:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the showroom.

• Answer and direct phone calls or inquiries in a polite and timely manner.

• Handling Walking Customer.

• Maintain a neat and tidy front office area.

• Assist customers by providing product or service information.

• To maintain visitor records.

• Coordinate with sales and service departments for customer follow-ups.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls.

Requirements:

Good communication and Pleasant Personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Customer service-oriented mindset.
