Job Overview:
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Executive who is passionate about sports and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, managing product displays, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, payment processing, and order entries.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness in the showroom.
Update and manage inventory records.
Coordinate with the back-end team for stock availability and dispatch.
Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and sports professionals.
Requirements:
Graduate or HSC passed with 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).
Interest in sports products (especially cricket) preferred.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sports may also apply.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
