Job Title: Sales Associate (Bike Showroom)

Location: East Delhi, Nawada, New Delhi, Delhi 110059
Work Days: 6 days/week (Sunday mandatory; one weekday off in consultation with manager)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our bike showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting the right refurbished two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable refurbished two-wheelers.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective engagement and negotiation.

• Maintain updated knowledge of stock, pricing, and features of all vehicles.

• Coordinate with operations for vehicle delivery, documentation, and after-sales service.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and aligned with brand display standards.

• Handle POS transactions and basic sales paperwork.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in retail or showroom sales.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of two-wheeler models and market trends (training provided).

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Shift: 9.5 hours per day

• Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹21,500 per month, Plus PF (₹3,600) + Insurance

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month (up to ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 based on performance)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
