Job Description

Customer Acquisition & Sales: Actively sourcing loan applications at retail stores, electronics showrooms, and via digital leads to meet sales targets.

Dealer Management: Building and maintaining relationships with retail dealers to ensure the company is the preferred financier.

Loan Processing: Explaining loan terms, verifying customer financial information, and ensuring accurate documentation (KYC/credit appraisal).

Portfolio Quality: Ensuring quality sourcing to reduce early delinquencies (non-starters) and working with collection teams to recover dues.
