Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via phone/online

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicles

  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options

  • Arrange and conduct test drives

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals within company guidelines

  • Prepare and process sales documentation and agreements

  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
