Job Title: Telemarketing & Front Office Sales Staff

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-friendly individuals to handle telemarketing calls and front office sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products (doors, windows, frames, laminates, WPC, CNC designs), and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products.

Attend inbound calls, provide product details, and follow up on inquiries.

Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and showcase product offerings.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.

Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the sales team for order closures.

Handle customer queries politely and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain showroom/office presentation and product displays.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills (fluent in local language + basic English).

Prior experience in telemarketing/front office/customer service preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM entry).

Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

Minimum: PUC/Graduate in any field.

0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
