Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, materials, and pricing clearly.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and handle basic billing.
Maintain showroom display and ensure products are presented attractively.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with delivery and installation teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Minimum qualification: High school/diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
