Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers and promote our range of commercial catering equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate catering equipment.

3. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.

4. Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.

5. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom sales.

6. Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.

7. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for order processing and deliveries.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

9. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

10. Maintain customer records and update sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales.

2. Experience in kitchen equipment, catering equipment, appliances, hotel supplies, or related products will be an added advantage.

3. Married candidates preferred.

4. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing software).

6. Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Working Hours

Female Candidates: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Male Candidates: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Presentable personality with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to understand technical product features and explain them effectively to customers.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
