Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our Tiles & Sanitary Ware showroom. The ideal candidate should be confident in assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting inquiries into sales. The role also involves occasional field visits to meet customers, contractors, architects, and builders for business development.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, and related products.

Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Keep the showroom well-organized and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Conduct occasional field visits to meet builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.

Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, hardware, building materials, or home décor will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
