Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Actively generate new leads through references, personal network, field visits, cold calling, and local marketing activities
Build and maintain a strong referral and repeat customer base
Conduct test drives and deliver compelling product presentations
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure maximum conversions
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for faster deal closures
Maintain CRM records and ensure consistent customer engagement
Represent the showroom with professionalism and high energy
