Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery accordingly
Provide detailed information on products, pricing, offers, and services
Handle billing, packing, and documentation accurately
Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for smooth operations
