Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Generally 0–5 years in automobile or similar retail sales.
Education: Typically a graduate or diploma holder (depending on the specific role).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer Engagement: Actively greet visitors, understand their needs, and explain product specifications of Hero motorcycles and scooters. (Nice to have)
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales volume targets for vehicles.
Test Rides & Demonstrations: Facilitate test rides, explaining technical aspects and benefits of the vehicles.
Finance & Documentation: Guide customers through financing options, loan procedures, and prepare all necessary documentation for vehicle delivery.
Relationship Management: Perform follow-ups with potential customers, manage customer queries, and build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Market Awareness: Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and local market trends to better position Hero products. (Good to have)
