Key Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in customers, understand their renovation or construction requirements, and guide them through suitable product ranges.
Explain technical features, aesthetics, and pricing of sanitaryware, CP fittings, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with plumbers, architects, interior designers, and contractors visiting the showroom.
Prepare basic estimates/quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
Maintain showroom display aesthetics and ensure sample products are clean and well-organized.
Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Polite, customer-oriented attitude with basic negotiation skills.
Basic familiarity with computer billing or MS Excel is advantageous.
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working standard retail showroom hours.
