Shop Staff

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Assistance

• Provide items from racks and shelves as requested by customers.

• Help customers locate products quickly and politely.

• Assist in packing purchased items when required.

2. Stock Handling

• Refill shelves and racks with stock from the storage area.

• Arrange products neatly and maintain proper display.

• Check for low-stock items and inform the shop owner/manager.

3. Shop Maintenance

• Keep the shop clean and well-organized.

• Sweep, dust, and maintain cleanliness of shelves and counters.

• Help in unloading goods and placing them on racks.

4. Support to Shop Owner

• Assist in daily tasks like counting items, basic billing support (if needed), and managing takeaway orders.

• Follow instructions and complete assigned work on time.

• Maintain discipline and good behavior with customers.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
