Department: F&B / Café Operations
Location: Gopalan Mall / Box Bite Café Outlet
Reports to: Café Supervisor / Outlet Manager
The ESP (Experience Service Personnel) Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining café cleanliness, assisting in food & beverage preparation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations at Box Bite Café.
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Assist in food preparation and beverage making as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and dining area.
Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in daily inventory checks.
Handle billing and cash counter operations if required.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per company policies.
Support team members in peak hours to ensure smooth service.
Report any maintenance or operational issues to the Manager.
Minimum Qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years in café / QSR / F&B service (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage handling.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
