Cinema Staff will be responsible for ensuring smooth cinema operations and delivering excellent customer service across multiple functions, including ticketing, food & beverages, ushering, housekeeping, and customer assistance.
🎟️ Ticketing / Box Office
Sell and issue tickets using POS systems.
Provide customers with information about movie schedules, seat availability, and promotions.
Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
🍿 Food & Beverages (Concessions/Café)
Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages as per standards.
Upsell combos and food offers to increase sales.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at counters.
🎬 Ushering / Customer Service
Check tickets and guide customers to their seats.
Ensure discipline, safety, and comfort inside auditoriums.
Assist guests with queries and complaints.
🧹 Housekeeping & General Support
Maintain cleanliness of lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and café areas.
Support quick turnaround of halls between shows.
⚙️ General Duties
Follow safety, hygiene, and security guidelines.
Work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per cinema schedules.
Uphold service standards to enhance customer experience.
Qualification: Minimum SSLC/PUC; Graduate/Diploma preferred.
0–2 years of experience in cinemas, hospitality, or customer service.
Good communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to handle large crowds.
