Job Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service and operational support across both cinema and food & beverage areas. The ESP Staff is responsible for ensuring a smooth movie-going and dining experience by handling ticketing, ushering, customer interaction, food service, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Frontline Operations
Greet and assist customers at cinema and food counters in a courteous manner.
Provide accurate information on movie schedules, show timings, ticket availability, and menu offerings.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Support promotional campaigns, upselling of F&B combos, and special offers.
Cinema Operations
Operate ticketing counters / POS systems; manage cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue tickets, allocate seats, and guide patrons to their respective screens.
Check tickets at auditorium entrances and manage audience entry smoothly.
Ensure auditoriums, lobbies, and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with projection and technical teams in case of show disruptions.
Assist in crowd management during peak hours, premieres, and special events.
Adhere to safety and emergency protocols.
Food & Beverage Operations (Box Bites)
Take customer orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages as per standard recipes and presentation.
Operate billing counters and process payments efficiently.
Pack and label orders accurately for dine-in and take-away.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, counters, and service areas following hygiene & food safety guidelines.
Restock inventory and consumables during the shift.
Follow standard opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma or Degree preferred.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or cinema operations is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Basic numerical and POS handling skills.
Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina for standing long hours and light lifting.
