Greet and guide cinema visitors, assist with directions to screens, food courts, restrooms, and other facilities.
Support in managing queues at ticket counters, concession stands, and entry points.
Assist during events, movie premieres, and special screenings inside the cinema.
Provide customer service support by handling queries, basic issues, and complaints politely.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and technical teams to ensure seamless show operations.
Monitor crowd movement and maintain discipline in cinema premises.
Ensure safety standards and assist in emergency evacuations if required.
Support concession staff with basic tasks (during rush hours, if required).
Report operational issues (sound, lighting, seating, etc.) to the supervisor promptly.
Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle crowds and work in high-pressure situations.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
