Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000

Main Responsibilities:

• Customers ka swagat karna aur unki shopping mein madad karna

• Products ki price, features aur after-sales service ki sahi jaankari dena

• Cross-selling karna aur customers ko discounts aur offers ke baare mein batana

• Shelf/rack ko full rakhna aur returns ko handle karna

• Team ke saath milke behtar customer service dena aur feedback store manager ke saath share karna

• Naye products aur services ki jaankari updated rakhna

Eligibility (Job Requirements):

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass

• 1 se 5 saal tak ke retail sales experience wale candidates apply kar sakte hain

• Sales process aur customer behavior ki acchi samajh honi chahiye

• Sales target achieve karne ki capability honi chahiye

• Excellent communication skills aur inventory process ki samajh zaroori hai

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
