Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Salesman to join our Ajmal Perfumes retail team at Mira Road. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable fragrance products.

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Demonstrate and explain perfume notes, longevity, product blends, and usage.

• Handle counter operations including billing, cash handling, and stock updates.

• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and product merchandising.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.

• Mentor and guide junior sales staff when required.

Qualifications

• HSC / Graduate preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in retail sales (perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred)
