Location: Kashmiri Gate, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to lead a small team, and ensure smooth functioning of sales, stock management, and customer service. Knowledge of the automotive spare parts/components industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers, providing excellent in-store service.

• Manage stock inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

• Supervise daily shop activities including packing and dispatch of orders.

• Assign and monitor duties of warehouse workers and support staff.

• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and stock movements.

• Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure the shop floor is organized, clean, and customer-ready at all times.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.

• Support management with daily reports and operational updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management / shop supervision (2 years minimum preferred).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak) is a must.

• Good knowledge of stock control and retail operations.

• Familiarity with auto spare parts/components is a strong plus.

• Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
