Job Description:
We are hiring Assistant Managers / Shift Managers to support daily operations at our bakery shops. You will lead teams, manage shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee store operations during assigned shifts
-Supervise and train sales staff
-Monitor stock, inventory, and quality control
-Ensure smooth billing and cash management
-Handle customer complaints and feedback
-Meet and report daily performance goals
