About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Game Shop Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in gaming and enjoy interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Explain games, consoles, accessories, and other products.
Handle sales, billing, and cash transactions.
Maintain product displays and keep the shop clean and organized.
Help customers choose suitable games and accessories.
Manage stock and assist with inventory checks.
Support gaming events, tournaments, and store activities.
Ensure a friendly and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Requirements
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of video games, consoles, and gaming accessories.
Friendly, punctual, honest, and responsible.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous retail or gaming-shop experience is a plus.
