Roles & Responsibilities:

* Sell sweets, snacks, and other food products by assisting customers and recommending suitable items.

* Achieve sales targets through upselling and excellent customer service.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and attractive product displays.

* Refill stock, pack orders, and support daily shop operations.

* Load/unload and lift stock whenever required.

* Be willing to work extended hours during festivals and peak business periods.

Requirements:

* Experience in retail, sweet shop, bakery, or food sales is mandatory.

* Good communication and selling skills.

* Honest, punctual, hardworking, and physically fit.

* Team player with a positive attitude.
