Shop Assistant

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team at Kapoor Brothers to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales.
The role requires a positive attitude and the ability to manage responsibilities like stocking shelves, handling transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000–₹6000 per month, along with growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, product features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about ongoing discounts and promotional offers.

• Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and assist in handling merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new product arrivals and company offerings.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
