Job Summary
The Senior Style Associate plays a key role in achieving store targets by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and supporting team performance. This position works closely with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, stock audits, and monitoring product movement.
Minimize stock discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
Process billing and transactions through POS systems and promote cross-selling and upselling.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies.
Assist in training and mentoring new and existing team members on products and service standards.
