Senior Sales Executive

Direct Customer & Dealer Handling

• Handling direct customers and dealers who are interested in the company's textile/uniform products.

• Understanding customer and dealer requirements and guiding them toward suitable product solutions.

• Meeting clients virtually or in person to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term trust.

Inquiry Handling, Convincing & Sales Closure

• Handling assigned inquiries and responding to customer/dealer requirements in a timely manner.

• Using strong convincing and communication skills to explain product value and address customer objections.

• Negotiating with customers/dealers and finalizing orders to achieve sales targets.

Product Presentation & Customer Relationship Management

• Presenting products and explaining relevant features, benefits, and solutions to customers and dealers.

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and dealers and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting long-term business relationships.

Sales Process Tracking & Reporting· Basic computer (excel) skills, basic Journal entries in the Tally software, simple working skills of CRM software in google sheet.

· Using basic computer knowledge and CRM software to track sales activities and update customer records.

· Maintaining the sales pipeline and keeping inquiry/customer information accurate and updated.

· Reporting sales activity and progress to the senior/manager/director in a timely manner.

· Inquiry to be handled on direct calls, WhatsApp

· Handle post sales customer/dealer management.

· Findling point of improvements in processes or products and actively implementing new system to speed up the processes with the approval from top management.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
